A Luthier in Cyprus
What would a luthier be doing in a place like Cyprus? Let me give you some…
The violin-maker diary is above all an opportunity for me to share some aspects that I had not yet addressed. In fact, the idea is not to share my daily life at the workshop in a practical and theoretical way. The diary will rather be an opportunity for me to pour out my passion on subjects that are close to my heart. Of course, it will deal with violin-making, violin and related fields. I’m not ready for makeup tutorials yet.
Actually, I’d like to share emotions, values and feelings that carry me through my daily life. Things that push me further towards a more or less concrete ideal.
That is why, in this communication bubble, I will try first and foremost to tell stories. Stories that move me, of course, but mostly that make us think, that make me think. In fact, it will be like a written record of a mood, displayed on a specific date. Perhaps a kind of personal diary of a violin maker, capturing a deeper part of himself. But maybe also a perfect opportunity to revolt, to be outraged or to find joy and happiness together.
I hope that I will find you again within these pages, not only as a reader, but also as a contributor. Indeed, I hope that these few words will give you the opportunity to express yourself and share your opinion in the comments.
